Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

ARE ANY PURCHASES FINAL SALE?
Yes. Due to the personalised nature of some pieces, custom or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
These items will always be clearly marked on the product page before purchase.

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Some solid gold pieces are made to order and may take up to 10 working days to dispatch.
